Open Access Policy

Research is more useful when readers can reach it. Quillify’s published article pages provide access to the research and its downloadable final paper without a reader subscription.

What Open Access Means

Open access allows readers to read the published work without a subscription or reader-account barrier. Articles can be reached through the journal archives and their individual publication pages.

Access and reuse are different questions. A paper being freely available does not remove copyright, attribution duties or the conditions governing third-party material.

Licensing

The applicable reuse permissions are those set out in the rights notice for the individual work and the publication agreement. Check those terms before reproducing, adapting, redistributing or commercially using material. Contact the editorial office if a proposed use is not clearly covered.

License information will be maintained with the publication guidance and individual work when formally confirmed. This page does not grant additional permissions beyond the applicable rights notice.

Copyright

Authors complete the copyright formalities supplied during the publication process. Quillify’s current agreement is a signed copyright transfer form; authors should consult it for the rights transferred and the rights they retain.

Authors remain responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for images, tables, extended quotations and other material owned by someone else. Such material may have different reuse terms from the surrounding article.

How Open Access is Funded

Manuscript processing charges, where applicable, support the handling and preparation of accepted work and its online publication. The current schedule and payment guidance are set out in the Manuscript Processing Policy.

A processing payment does not purchase an editorial outcome or waive requirements for originality, revisions, author confirmation or ethical compliance.

Proper Attribution

When citing a Quillify publication, identify the authors, article title, journal, publication year, volume, issue and available page range, together with the article’s permanent web address. Use the details shown on the publication page and follow the citation style appropriate to your work.

For example, the citation sequence is: Author(s). Article title. Journal title. Year; volume(issue): page range. Article URL. Adapt punctuation to the required style. Clearly identify any changes when a permitted reuse involves an adaptation, and acknowledge the source of reused figures or tables.
