Publication process
01 · Submit and screen
Submit the manuscript and required author information. The system records a Manuscript ID and checks the configured submission requirements.
02 · Acceptance, payment and copyright
Provisional acceptance is followed by the required payment and signed copyright verification.
03 · Quality checks
Plagiarism at or below 50% may proceed. Higher scores require revision within 2 days, up to three automated attempts. API errors remain technical holds.
04 · Format
The accepted manuscript is formatted while preserving its scholarly content and footnotes.
05 · Publish
The completed publication record supplies the article page, archive, issue and final paper download.
06 · Certify and track
After publication, the certificate is generated and delivered through the recorded communication workflow. Its availability and delivery status appear in the tracker.
